Export the Sub Pool CSV in Scorekeeper, then choose it here. The PINs are checked and hashed in your browser; only hashes are sent to the private access service. Players without an imported PIN cannot sign up.
Assignments
Player priority and pitcher qualification
Pitcher qualification comes from Scorekeeper. Dedicated subs start at 100, roster players at 500. Confirm a no-show to add five; recording a played game adds one.
Qualified pitchers fill pitcher requests only. Exact ratings are filled before fallbacks: A → B, B → C, and internal D → C. Within each rating, dedicated subs go first, then roster players; lowest pill wins and ties are random. Unfilled needs become Game day sub. Teams are shuffled each draw.
